Brethren Retirement Community - Brochure

This brochure was a tool the client presented to their investors to gain support for a new building expansion. I designed this brochure to have natural textures and used high impact full-page pictures of residents and the new floor plans. The tree on the cover represents their past and the growth they see in their future. This piece had a gatefold cover with a brochure in the middle.
